Just back from QEH for my "MOT".

Happily 2017 was a good one health wise, and they

and content with progress. No meds changes and onwards into 2018 !

As 2015 winds up, we celebrate...

Not really the over commercialism of the period! But

the fact we are all together, healthy (ish!) and embracing

the love and laughter that 2015 bought to us all...

Bring on 2016 !...

As winter creeps closer, we hunker down !

Health seems ok at present, due for an MOT

soon, so anxiety builds as it approaches, with

ever more hope of good news after the test are done.

Lifes adventures keep coming, and we embrace them all !

And Sam turns 4 !!.....

Happily an uneventful month...

"No news is good news !".......Had another lovely

Birthday with my Mum...

Happily the health remains stable...

Weight coming off a bit, trying to eat less,

exercise more, as I find the pills make me more

hungry and prone to "binges"!

Still keeping the "Carpe Diem" attitude though!

As 2015 ebbs to a close, and autumn

draws in, I thank all around for the love

and support, and QEH for keeping me going and

the ongoing monitoring and med's juggling to keep

me as sane as possible !

Still we enjoy life, take the pills

and keep fingers crossed for more

days to relish...
